Job Purpose:
As a member of the Technology department (working in the Infrastructure team), this position is responsible for maintaining existing Infrastructure systems and implementing new technology solutions and systems to support the business's operations. This will include administrating critical business systems, including email, anti-virus, network, identity management, enterprise resource planning (ERP), and collaboration systems with a strong emphasis in the areas of enterprise security, cloud infrastructure administration and network management.

Essential Functions:
- Implement technological solutions to meet the needs of the business.
- Integrate new technologies and services into existing infrastructure technologies and platforms.
- Install and configure new infrastructure hardware (i.e., servers, switches, routers, etc.).
- Manage the lifecycle of employee identities and their access to corporate resources.
- Document standard operating procedures for internal use.
- Monitor and correct, if necessary, performance issues found in managed systems.
- Ensure security baselines are defined company-wide and implemented at the direction of management.
- Design and implement best practices to manage existing and new cloud technologies.
