We are looking for a skilled Systems Administrator to join our team in Tucson, Arizona. This role involves managing and maintaining system functionality to ensure optimal performance and security. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in system operations and a proactive approach to troubleshooting and technical support.
Responsibilities:
• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Active Directory environments to ensure seamless operations.
• Manage and support Windows Server systems, ensuring high availability and security.
• Provide technical expertise for Windows 10 environments, including updates and user support.
• Oversee and perform maintenance on Dell Technologies hardware to optimize system performance.
• Administer and manage Citrix Technologies to support virtualization and remote access.
• Conduct regular system monitoring and performance tuning to identify and resolve issues.
• Implement security protocols and updates to safeguard systems against vulnerabilities.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance system functionality and support business needs.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for system configurations and procedures.
• Provide training and support to users regarding system tools and processes.
• Proven experience with Active Directory administration and management.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server systems and their functionalities.
• Proficiency in Windows 10 and related troubleshooting methods.
• Hands-on experience with Dell Technologies hardware and systems.
• Familiarity with Citrix Technologies and virtualization solutions.
• Solid understanding of system security practices and protocols.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Effective communication skills for technical documentation and user support.
