Job Title : Mobile Device Support Technician

We are seeking a hands-on technician to support participants with mobile device setup and troubleshooting during scheduled visits. This role involves configuring smartphones and Apple Watches, installing applications, verifying connectivity, and providing clear user guidance while ensuring compliance with security and study protocols.
Key Requirements
• 0–2 years of IT or technical support experience
• Experience with smartphones, wearables, or device setup
• Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
• Familiarity with MDM or healthcare/clinical environments is a plus
