Responsibilities
- Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of file transfer services.
- Provide high-level technical support and problem management for complex file transfer systems.
- Analyze existing systems and formulate requirements for new implementations.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations and adherence to standards.
- Participate in strategic planning and architecture design for system enhancements.
- Assist in user transition and implementation of new systems or programs.
Skills
- Proven experience with IBM Connect:Direct, IBM Sterling File Gateway, and Axway Secure Transport.
- Strong knowledge of Linux administration and shell scripting.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex configurations and provide effective solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, tailored for diverse audiences.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-focused environment.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with Ansible and Python for automation tasks.
- Experience in both Unix and Windows environments.
- Knowledge of digital certificate installation and use.
