âś… Required Skills:
- Enterprise systems monitoring (Linux & Windows)
- Production operations support (online, batch, file transfer systems)
- Batch scheduling & failure analysis (Control-M or equivalent)
- Incident response & root cause analysis
- ITIL-based incident & problem management
- Strong communication & service desk support experience
- Experience working in 24x7/on-call environments
Highly Desired:
- UNIX/Linux administration
- CRON scheduling & shell scripting (Bash/Perl)
- Enterprise monitoring tools experience
