We’re looking for a strategic, hands-on Head of IT for an exciting, fast-growing startup in the Healthcare space.
**This role will be onsite Monday - Friday in Boca.**
This is a senior leadership role for someone who can set direction, roll up their sleeves when needed, and partner closely with the business to enable growth—while keeping systems secure, reliable, and compliant.
What you’ll be responsible for:
- Defining and executing IT strategy aligned to business growth, operational needs, and regulatory requirements
- End-to-end ownership of IT infrastructure across cloud platforms, networks, devices, and connectivity
- Oversight of cybersecurity governance, including risk management, controls, monitoring, and incident response
- Full accountability for the IT application landscape, including ERP, CRM, finance systems, service platforms, asset tracking, and reporting tools
- Leading vendor selection, contracting, performance management, and cost optimization
- Driving user adoption, training, and change management across the organization
- Establishing and maintaining IT policies, standards, and documentation
- Managing data governance, access controls, backups, and disaster recovery planning
- Scaling IT capabilities to support fleet growth, leasing operations, and acquisitions
- Owning IT budgets, forecasting, and spend management
