Job Description
Microsoft 365 & Cloud Administration
• Administer Microsoft 365 suite (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)
• Manage Entra ID / Azure AD users, groups, and devices Active Directory & Core Infrastructure
• Manage and support Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP
• Diagnose connectivity and performance issues
• Monitor backups, disaster recovery systems, and business continuity tools End User Support
• Provide onsite support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and hardware
• Troubleshoot OS, application, and equipment issues
Required Skills & Experience
• 5–8 years of experience in IT support or systems administration roles
• Hands-on experience managing Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS/DHCP
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration
• Experience supporting hybrid or cloud-connected environments (Azure AD/Entra ID)
• Demonstrated experience providing in-person end-user support
• Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, OS, and applications
• Ability to collaborate across teams while operating independently onsite
Compensation:
$75,000 to $80,000 per year annual salary. [If client has provided an exact salary, then
no need to use a range; also, if the client has provided an hourly rate, then use same hourly
language from the Contract/Contract-to-Hire section above.]
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
