Senior-level Endpoint / VDI Infrastructure Consultant

• VDI & Citrix Operations:
Lead VMware-to-XenServer VDI migrations and support Citrix Virtual Desktop environments across corporate and air-gapped Secure SCADA/Gas Control environments, providing Tier 3 VDI support for SCADA and Butane technicians.
• Endpoint Management (MCM/SCCM & Intune):
Administer Microsoft Configuration Manager (MCM/SCCM) and Intune, including site infrastructure, distribution points, OS deployment, Windows 10/11 upgrades, Autopilot, co-management, CMG, and Azure AD integration.
• Mobile & Modern Device Management:
Manage mobile and rugged devices using Intune, Workspace ONE (AirWatch), and MaaS360, supporting fully managed, kiosk, and MAM-enabled deployments across office and field environments.
• Application Packaging & Automation:
Package and deploy applications using PSADT, AdminStudio, Wise, SCCM, and Tanium; develop PowerShell automation to streamline deployments, patching, and operational tasks.
• Security, Patching & Privilege Management:
Perform monthly OS and third-party patching, manage SCEP, remediate client issues, and administer local admin access using Microsoft LAPS and BeyondTrust Privilege Management.
• Tier 3 Support & Operations:
Resolve Tier 3 ServiceNow incidents, provide advanced SCCM troubleshooting (clients, SQL, DPs, roles), support remote tools (BeyondTrust, Dameware), and manage client backup/restore using Veeam and Druva.

• Experience Requirement:
5–8 years of hands-on experience with VDI management, VMware, XenServer, Citrix, Microsoft Configuration Manager (MCM/SCCM) and modern endpoint management technologies.
