We are looking for a proactive and detail-driven Systems Administrator to support and enhance our IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate has foundational experience in Microsoft-based environments, strong troubleshooting abilities, and a desire to continue growing within systems and infrastructure management.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the administration and maintenance of servers, endpoints, and cloud services
- Assist with management of Microsoft technologies including Microsoft 365, Windows environments, Entra ID, Active Directory, and SharePoint
- Perform system imaging, patch management, updates, and configuration tasks
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and identity access controls
- Monitor system health, performance metrics, and resource utilization
- Contribute to cybersecurity initiatives and assist with remediation of vulnerabilities
- Help maintain and test backup and disaster recovery processes
- Provide support for network infrastructure components
- Maintain clear documentation of configurations, processes, and troubleshooting procedures
- Participate in system upgrades, migrations, and infrastructure improvements
- Stay informed on emerging technologies and security best practices
- Resolve escalated Tier II technical support issues
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or equivalent practical experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in help desk, technical support, or junior systems administration
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 and Windows environments
- Experience with Active Directory and Intune
- Exposure to Windows Server environments
