Job Description
We are looking for an experienced SailPoint IdentityIQ Developer to design, develop, and support Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in SailPoint IIQ customization, integrations, and access governance implementations.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and customize SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions
- Build and maintain workflows, rules, connectors, and tasks
- Implement identity lifecycle management (Joiner, Mover, Leaver)
- Configure and manage Access Certifications, Role Management, and RBAC
- Integrate SailPoint IIQ with Active Directory, LDAP, HR systems, and enterprise applications
- Develop custom logic using Java, BeanShell, XML
- Troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and provide fixes
- Support SailPoint upgrades, patches, and performance tuning
- Work closely with security, compliance, and application teams
- Create technical documentation and design specifications
Required Skills & Qualifications
Must Have
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ
- Strong experience in Java, BeanShell scripting, XML
- In-depth understanding of IAM / IGA concepts
- Experience with Workflows, Rules, Certifications, Roles, and Provisioning
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory, LDAP, and SQL
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and application integrations
Good to Have
- SailPoint IdentityIQ certification
- Experience with SailPoint upgrades and migrations
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Knowledge of security and compliance standards (SOX, GDPR, ISO)
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
