Job Title: Third-Party Risk Analyst
Pay range: $65 – 69/hr.

Job Summary:
Serve as an execution lead for third-party risk assessments and due diligence activities during onboarding and throughout the third-party lifecycle for assigned category portfolios.
Perform and lead third-party risk assessments, including analysis of inherent and residual risk levels associated with third-party engagements.
Conduct 3PRM reviews and determine when additional or enhanced due diligence is required based on risk posture and engagement scope.
Apply working knowledge of the end-to-end third-party lifecycle, including:
- Planning and identification of business needs
- Due diligence and risk assessments
- Contracting and sourcing activities
- Onboarding into company’s environments
- Ongoing monitoring of performance and risk
- Offboarding and termination of third-party relationships
Stakeholder Partnership & Escalation Support:
- Serve as the primary point of contact (POC) for Category Managers within Sourcing, business requesters, and third parties for the assigned portfolio.
- Facilitate and coordinate risk reviews with cross-functional stakeholders, including Privacy, Legal, Security, Sourcing, and other risk partners.
- Participate and contribute to operational check-ins across all risk domains.
Program Execution & Operational Support:
- Execute activities such as issue tracking, risk management, dependency management, and communication of overall status within the 3PRM queue.
- Work alongside other analysts to manage workload, prioritize assessments, and ensure service-level expectations are met.
- Provide regular status updates and ad-hoc reporting to Sourcing Category Managers and 3PRM Group Manager on assessment progress, risks, and issues.
- Execute special or ad-hoc projects as assigned.
Continuous Improvement & Enablement:
- Provide input and feedback for 3PRM training materials, process documentation, and job aids.
- Stay current on relevant regulatory, compliance, and industry developments impacting third-party risk management.
- Support ongoing 3PRM initiatives, enhancements, and special projects in partnership with Category Managers and program leadership.
Skills:
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in third-party risk management, supplier risk, contract management, sourcing, risk management, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated understanding of third-party risk management principles and risk assessment methodologies.
- Experience executing programs across multiple business units and coordinating work across cross-functional teams.
- Strong proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and G Workspace tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate risk concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a solutions-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work effectively in a highly distributed, multi-location environment.
- Preferred: Hands-on experience with third-party risk or GRC platforms such as Aravo, Coupa, or similar tools
- Preferred: Experience with sourcing, procurement, or supplier management technologies.
- Preferred: Prior experience supporting large-scale or enterprise-level risk programs.
- Preferred: Dashboarding and Analytics experience.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management, or another quantitative discipline, or equivalent relevant work experience
