Senior Cyber Compliance Analyst (Contract)

We’re seeking a Senior Cyber Compliance / GRC Analyst to join a high-visibility Cyber Acceleration Program (CAP) focused on strengthening and maturing enterprise-wide cybersecurity compliance. This is a hands-on, senior-level contract role where you’ll drive critical compliance initiatives, partner with global stakeholders, and deliver board-level insights that directly influence cyber risk posture.
In this role, you’ll lead compliance maturity efforts across multiple regulatory frameworks, working closely with Australia-based delivery teams and European stakeholders. This is a delivery-focused position centered on analysis, framework development, and executive reporting—not audit ownership or hands-on security engineering.
What You’ll Do
- Lead stakeholder engagement to build and maintain a comprehensive inventory of all legal, contractual, and regulatory cybersecurity requirements.
- Perform gap analyses and deliver current-state assessments with actionable roadmaps for frameworks including GDPR, CCPA, Australian Privacy Law, EU Critical Infrastructure Act, and U.S. Critical Infrastructure Act.
- Design and implement a scalable framework for cyber compliance collaboration and regulatory reporting.
- Develop and manage RACI matrices across all cyber compliance activities.
- Establish and mature compliance tracking, assessment schedules, and continuous assurance processes.
- Prepare and present board-ready and executive-level reports on compliance maturity, risk exposure, and progress against key initiatives.
What We’re Looking For
- Senior-level experience in Cyber Compliance, GRC, or Risk Management.
- Proven success leading compliance gap assessments and maturity programs.
- Strong knowledge of global privacy and critical infrastructure regulations.
- Experience delivering executive and board-level reporting.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate across global teams and time zones.
This is a high-impact contract role where your work will directly shape the organization’s compliance strategy and executive decision-making.
