We’re hiring a Senior Network Administrator with strong engineering + architecture experience to support a large enterprise environment in San Marcos, Texas.
What You’ll Do:
- Design & secure enterprise LAN/WAN/WLAN/Data Center networks
- Implement BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, VLANs, STP, VXLAN, QoS
- Deploy/configure routers, switches, firewalls, wireless
- Support AWS/Azure/GCP hybrid cloud networking
- Lead upgrades, migrations & SD WAN deployments
- Provide Tier 3 support & maintain network performance
- Manage DNS, DHCP, RADIUS, IPAM
- Drive Zero Trust & network security initiatives
What We’re Looking For:
- 7–10+ years of experience in network engineering, architecture, or administration.
- Experience supporting large-scale, multi-site enterprise networks.
- Strong expertise with networking platforms such as Cisco, Juniper, Palo Alto, Fortinet, or Aruba.
- Deep knowledge of TCP/IP, routing, switching, VPNs, and network security fundamentals.
- Experience designing high-availability enterprise networks.
- Experience with cloud networking (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid architectures.
- Proficiency with monitoring and diagnostic tools (SolarWinds, PRTG, Wireshark, NetFlow).
- Experience with automation and scripting (Python, Ansible, PowerShell).
Advanced certifications such as:
- CCNP / CCIE
- JNCIP / JNCIE
- PCNSE, Fortinet NSE
- AWS or Azure Networking Specialty
- Experience with VoIP, SD-WAN, wireless controllers (Aruba/Cisco), and EVPN/VXLAN architectures.
