Akkodis is seeking an
Analyst for a
Contract with a client in
Sunnyvale, CA. This role requires deep Salesforce expertise across Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Experience Cloud as a core qualification.
Rate Range: $53/hour to $56/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Analyst Job Responsibilities Include
- Lead requirements discovery with business stakeholders; translate needs into scalable Salesforce solutions and user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
- Configure Salesforce (users, profiles/permission sets, roles, OWD/sharing, objects/fields, page layouts, flows, validation rules, email templates, territories) across Sales, Marketing, and Experience Cloud.
- Design and implement CRM/PRM enhancements, integrations, and AppExchange solutions; determine when to use configuration vs. customization.
- Build insightful reports and dashboards (Einstein Analytics/Tableau CRM) and enable data quality, governance, and large‑scale dataset management.
- Drive Agile delivery (backlog grooming, sprint planning, UAT, change management), document process flows, and provide end‑user training and enablement.
- Ensure platform security and compliance (field‑level security, audit, access controls), and partner with Sales Ops/Marketing teams to optimize funnels, campaigns, and partner enablement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business management, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline; MBA preferred.
- 8+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst and Administrator supporting large‑scale CRM/PRM initiatives.
- Strong expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Experience Cloud with hands‑on configuration and implementation skills.
- Salesforce certifications including Advanced Administrator, Experience Cloud Consultant, Sales Cloud Consultant, and Marketing Cloud Consultant.

Pay Details: $53.00 to $56.00 per hour
