Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Senior SailPoint Developer to lead the migration of the identity governance platform from SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) to Identity Security Cloud (ISC). The role involves modernizing a highly customized legacy environment by replacing custom Java plugins, BeanShell workflows, and rule-based logic with native ISC Transforms, Workflows, Lifecycle States, and REST API integrations. The candidate will analyze and reverse-engineer existing IdentityIQ implementations, map legacy logic into scalable ISC-native solutions, and ensure a secure, efficient, and maintainable identity governance framework.
The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ and Identity Security Cloud, including migration, integration, and development. Responsibilities include developing and configuring workflows, transforms, and lifecycle states, integrating systems using SailPoint REST APIs, supporting role and entitlement redesign, and enabling cloud-based identity lifecycle management. Experience with Java, BeanShell scripting, microservices, containerized applications, and cloud platforms such as Azure or Kubernetes is highly preferred. Strong understanding of IAM concepts, secure coding practices, and SQL for data validation is required.
Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience, along with at least 5 years of IAM experience, including 4+ years with SailPoint IdentityIQ and 2+ years with Identity Security Cloud, and proven experience supporting or leading migration projects.
