System Administrator
LHH is looking for a System Administrator to oversee and maintain server, hardware, and communication systems to ensure strong performance, security, and reliability. This role recommends and implements infrastructure improvements and manages IT vendor relationships.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and respond to security, performance, and system alerts, documenting actions taken.
- Manage support requests, resolve common issues, and maintain clear documentation.
- Install, update, and maintain server and communication hardware/software, including system configurations.
- Configure and maintain Microsoft services such as Active Directory, Exchange Online, Azure/Entra, SSO, Conditional Access, and AD Connect.
- Administer and maintain security solutions.
- Manage network components including SD-WAN, firewalls, switches, and wireless access points.
- Ensure backups are functioning, perform disaster recovery tests, and document outcomes.
- Support leadership with data collection, security tasks, and risk assessments.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of relevant technical experience.
- Strong knowledge of DHCP, DNS, Active Directory, and Group Policy.
- Experience with Microsoft cloud services required.
- Preferred experience with Forcepoint, Cisco firewalls/VPN, Velocloud, LANSweeper, Endpoint Central, and CrowdStrike.
