Salary Range: 120K - 145K (BASED ON EXPERIENCE)
Job Description:
Provides strategic leadership and direction for planning, deploying, and managing end-user technology platforms while aligning IT initiatives with organizational goals and industry trends.
Collaborates with IT leadership and cross-functional teams to develop roadmaps, define priorities, manage projects, and ensure effective solution delivery and support.
Oversees operational performance by establishing SLAs and KPIs, optimizing technology solutions, ensuring compliance, and maintaining high-quality service standards.
Advises customers and leadership on technology capabilities, identifies opportunities to enhance user experience, and manages expectations through clear communication and structured processes.
Leads and develops a high-performing technical team by fostering trust, accountability, strong communication, and a culture focused on service excellence and continuous improvement.
Required Skills & Experience:
Five (5) years of relevant IT experience with three (3) years in leadership, demonstrating strong problem-solving, decision-making, sound judgment, and assertiveness.
Adaptable and open to change, with the ability to work effectively in ambiguous situations, manage multiple priorities, and perform well in a fast-paced environment.
Capable of balancing attention to technical details while maintaining a comprehensive big-picture perspective, even under pressure and during frequent, intense customer interactions.
Advanced interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills with strong reasoning, logical thinking, recall, and the ability to read, write, speak clearly, and hear effectively.
Able to meet physical requirements including lifting 20–50 lbs., prolonged standing, and prolonged sitting, with use of assistance devices as appropriate.

Bachelor's Degree
