Lyracall AI is building the next-generation AI receptionist platform for service-based businesses (real estate, medical, home services, etc.).
Our platform answers calls, books appointments, follows up with leads, and integrates into existing business workflows — replacing front desk overhead with AI-powered automation.
We are currently at MVP stage and are looking for a Founding CTO to take ownership of technical architecture and lead the build-out of a scalable production-ready system.
This is not a “manager CTO” role.
- This is a builder CTO role.
What You'll Own
You will take full ownership of technical execution across:
Core Product Infrastructure
- Backend architecture for AI-driven call handling
- Real-time conversation + chat systems
- Calendar & scheduling orchestration
- Multi-tenant system design
MVP Completion Priorities
You will lead the design and implementation of:
- Appointment update/change handling
- Double booking prevention logic
- Follow-up automation
- Free trial + feedback systems
- Internal notifications framework
- Chatbot usage controls + limits
- Usage tracking + billing triggers
- Stripe integration
- Phone system integration
- Backend + website sync (calendar + stats)
- Secure user data management
- RLS / encryption strategy
- Data flow from frontend → Supabase
- Vertical-specific tooling support
Platform Readiness
- Scalable backend architecture
- Data security + access control
- System observability
- Deployment strategy
- API structure
- Event-driven automation design
Ideal Technical Background
We are not looking for someone who knows everything.
We are looking for someone who knows how to design systems that won’t break at scale.
Strong candidates likely have experience with:
- SaaS platform architecture
- Real-time systems
- AI application infrastructure
- Event-driven backend design
- Multi-tenant database design
- Secure auth / permissions
- Billing systems
- API-first architecture
Bonus experience:
- Voice systems / telephony APIs
- AI orchestration pipelines
- Workflow automation (n8n / similar)
- Supabase / Postgres

- Product analytics systems
