Chief Growth Officer
$275k-$300k base salary + 50% Bonus + Equity

Reporting directly to the CEO the Chief Growth Officer will be responsible for defining and executing the company’s enterprise growth strategy across organic development, acquisitions, and market expansion. This role owns the where, why, and how of growth—ensuring every dollar invested meets defined return thresholds, protects leverage discipline, and expands durable whitespace runway.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Enterprise Growth & Market Strategy
- Develop and regularly update market-level growth strategies for all brands, addressing both density expansion and entry into new markets.
- Measure and track remaining market opportunities by brand and geography, considering store saturation, risk of cannibalization, and long-term potential.
- Convert strategic plans into a prioritized, multi-year roadmap to guide development, acquisitions, and capital allocation.
M&A Strategy & Execution
- Drive franchisee and platform acquisition strategies that align with market priorities and enterprise return objectives.
- Develop and sustain a forward-looking, market-focused M&A pipeline.
- Set and uphold rigorous underwriting standards, incorporating IRR modeling, leverage effects, whitespace projections, and exit sensitivity analyses.
- Collaborate closely with the CEO and CFO to address capital structure and equity return matters.
Post-Acquisition Performance
- Collaborate with Brand Presidents and Finance teams to confirm acquisitions meet established underwriting criteria.
- Promote clear tracking and ownership of margin growth, operating leverage, and whitespace utilization within the first 12–24 months following an acquisition.
Capital Allocation & Portfolio Management
- Collaborate with the CEO, CFO, and Board to make informed decisions regarding capital allocation across organic growth, acquisitions, leverage, and equity.
- Assess growth opportunities across brands and investment approaches, considering risk-adjusted returns.
- Influence the overall enterprise portfolio with an emphasis on market density, sustainable returns, and long-term value creation.
Development & Brand Alignment
- Offer strategic guidance to the development team by setting market priorities, timing, and sequencing for expansion.
- Act as a senior advisor to franchisors on territory planning, development obligations, and sustained platform growth.
Qualifications Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field required
• MBA or advanced degree preferred Experience
• 10+ years in multi-unit growth, corporate development, private equity, or related fields
• Strategically rigorous and analytically strong
