T2S Solutions is seeking to hire a Senior
Systems Administrator to support our Army customer at APG.
Responsibilities
- Knowledge of TCP/IP, information security/authorization profiles, or system administration of Unix or Windows networks/systems
- Managing servers, which typically involves installing and upgrading the servers, as well as solving any kind of problems with the systems
- Providing essential software support for laptops, desktops, personal computers, and printers, including the configuration of the hardware devices, testing new software and designing network structures
- Monitor the system configuration, including server event logs
- Test operating system software, networks, and hardware
- Monitor and develop server backup procedures
Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree, Computer Science, Mathematics, or other Engineering or Technical discipline and Five (5) + years of experience (within the last 8 years)
- Current TS/SCI Required
- Knowledge of TCP/IP, information security/authorization profiles, or system administration of Unix or Windows networks/systems
- Experience managing servers, including installs and upgrades, test, and troubleshoot
- Providing the essential software support for the laptops, desktop personal computers, and printers, including the configuration of the hardware devices and software test
- Monitoring the system configuration, including the server event log.
- Testing operating system software
