Akkodis is seeking a
Developer for a
Contract with a client in
Plano, TX. You will build end‑to‑end AI solutions and design scalable, high‑performance applications that support production workloads.
Rate Range: $45/hour to $60/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Developer Job Responsibilities Include
- Develop, train, and optimize machine learning and deep learning models for diverse business problems, ensuring measurable performance improvements.
- Build and deploy end‑to‑end AI solutions, including data ingestion, feature engineering, model development, evaluation, and production integration.
- Design, develop, and maintain high‑performance Python applications and services with a focus on scalability, reliability, and security.
- Lead code reviews, enforce engineering best practices, and mentor junior developers to elevate overall team capability.
- Collaborate with product owners, analysts, and technical stakeholders to convert business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot complex application and data issues, build RESTful APIs, integrate third‑party services, and automate workflows and data processing.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 4–6+ years of experience in machine learning, deep learning, Python development, and AI solution delivery.
- Strong proficiency in building and deploying ML/DL models with hands‑on experience in Python, REST APIs, automation, and end‑to‑end AI pipelines.
- Ability to design scalable architectures, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams to convert business needs into technical solutions.

Pay Details: $45.00 to $60.00 per hour
