We’re looking for a hands-on, strategic Administrator of IT Operations to lead our internal tech stack, drive security/compliance, and champion AI-powered workflows. You’ll own our Microsoft 365 E5 environment, master our Atlassian stack, and provide in-person support for our 45-person hybrid team.

What You’ll Own:

✅ IT strategy, infrastructure, and daily operations

✅ Microsoft 365 E5 administration (Teams, SharePoint, Azure AD, Entra ID, Intune, etc.)

✅ Jira + Confluence master admin — workflows, permissions, structure

✅ Security/compliance policies, documentation, audits, and access control

✅ Hands-on, in-person tech support for staff (device setup, troubleshooting, onboarding/offboarding)

✅ Internal documentation standards and SOPs

✅ Network and endpoint management (Meraki, device security, VPN)

✅ Operational implementation of AI/automation tools

✅ IT roadmap, tech vendor liaison, and internal tech projects

What You Bring:

🎓 Bachelor’s in CS, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
