Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Business Analyst role based in Dallas, TX. The Business Analyst will collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, model business processes, and drive solutions to meet organizational goals. Responsibilities include documenting requirements, facilitating communication between business and technical teams, and identifying areas for process improvement to enhance operational performance.

- Proficiency in Business Analysis and Business Process optimization techniques.
- Ability to gather, document, and interpret detailed Business Requirements accurately.
- Excellent Communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Experience with data analysis tools, process mapping software, and project management methodologies is advantageous.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., CBAP) is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail, with the capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
