Prospera Executive is supporting a high-quality private equity-backed B2B services business in the Chicago area in the search for a President.
The company is a well-established, recurring revenue services platform operating in a compliance-driven, mission-critical environment with significant opportunity for commercial and operational scale.
This is a senior leadership role with full responsibility for driving growth, execution, and value creation in partnership with the CEO and PE sponsor.
Key Responsibilities
- Own overall business performance, including revenue growth and operating execution
- Lead and scale the commercial function (sales, account management, marketing)
- Build repeatable go-to-market strategy and support expansion into new markets
- Partner closely with the private equity board on strategic planning and value creation
- Develop and lead a high-performing leadership team across the organization
Ideal Background
- Senior leadership experience in B2B services (environmental, industrial, compliance, testing/inspection, facilities, or adjacent sectors)
- Proven track record scaling a services business in the $20M–$150M revenue range
- Strong commercial orientation combined with operational discipline
- Experience in private equity-backed or high-growth sponsor-led environments strongly preferred
- Chicago-area based or willing to relocate
