Our client is seeking an experienced Systems Administrator with strong UKG Workforce Management expertise to support and optimize key financial, clinical, and operational systems within a large healthcare environment. This role is perfect for a senior professional who enjoys system ownership, complex problem‑solving, and partnering with business and clinical teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and support UKG Workforce Management and enterprise application systems
- Handle configuration, analysis, troubleshooting, upgrades, patches, and enhancements
- Resolve complex system and integration issues across platforms
- Manage databases, interfaces, reporting, and backup processes
- Collaborate with internal teams and vendors on projects and technical solutions
- Participate in change management and maintain technical documentation
- Provide on‑call support for critical systems
What They’re Looking For
- Strong hands-on experience with UKG Workforce Management (scheduling, timekeeping, devices)
- 3+ years in systems administration, system analysis, or programming
- Experience supporting ERP or large enterprise applications
- Skills in SQL, scripting/API, or related programming tools
- Familiarity with SQL Server or Oracle databases
- Experience supporting application‑related hardware
- Knowledge of Windows and/or UNIX environments
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation abilities
Preferred: Healthcare environment experience, plus exposure to platforms like PeopleSoft, OnBase, Premier, ServiceNow, or similar.
