ERP Systems Administrator
Our client is at a pivotal moment in their technological evolution and is looking for a hands-on, business-minded Systems Administrator to play a critical role in optimizing and advancing their ERP environment. This role is 100% onsite (5 days/week) and offers the chance to work closely with internal stakeholders and external technology partners while owning meaningful systems and process improvements.
What You’ll Do (Day-to-Day Impact)
In this role, you’ll serve as the internal ERP and systems expert, ensuring stability, performance, and continuous improvement across the organization’s technology landscape.
- Partner with third-party IT support to maintain and optimize infrastructure, including hardware, software, security, backups, and system updates
- Lead the development, enhancement, and ongoing support of ERP systems (Epicor Kinetic), with a strong focus on Quote-to-Cash processes
- Act as the go-to subject matter expert across multiple ERP modules, including Sales, Production, Materials, MRP, and Finance
- Support and troubleshoot hardware and software issues, supplementing external IT support as needed
- Research, evaluate, and manage integrations for new applications and technologies
- Own testing environments and processes, ensuring all updates, patches, and enhancements are thoroughly validated before release
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, BAQs, and BPMs to support daily business operations
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure systems align with business needs and are fully leveraged
- Participate in change management initiatives related to system and process updates
What We’re Looking For (Core Qualifications)
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Epicor ERP (Kinetic strongly preferred)
- Advanced ERP knowledge with the ability to function as a true subject matter expert
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects effectively
- High level of professionalism with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
- Strong understanding of enterprise hardware, software, and system configurations
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and related business tools
Salary Budget: $70,000-90,000 annually
