This is a hands-on role where low-level tickets like password resets are not your focus—you’ll troubleshoot complex systems, lead data migrations, and ensure client environments run smoothly and securely.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the go-to resource for escalated technical issues, supporting servers, workstations, networks, and cloud services
- Configure and deploy new systems and manage smooth data migrations to Microsoft 365/SharePoint
- Maintain backups, troubleshoot MFA, Intune, Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, and firewalls
- Collaborate with team members and document processes and solutions for ongoing reference
What You Bring
- 2+ years of MSP experience
- Strong expertise in Microsoft servers, Windows workstations, Intune, Active Directory, MFA, DNS/DHCP, and VPNs
- Experience with data migrations, cloud services, and enterprise-level environments
- Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and customer service skills
- Flexible, team-oriented mindset and the ability to adapt to changing priorities
