Millions of people live with Atrial Fibrillation (Afib), a chronic condition that is often debilitating and under-treated. Access to timely, specialized care from electrophysiologists (EPs) remains a persistent challenge in many communities. Current Clinic is pioneering a new model, establishing a network of specialized, EP-focused ambulatory surgery centers (ASCs) to expand capacity and bring life-changing treatment closer to home.
As the IT System and Analytics Analyst at Current Clinic, you will take the lead in designing and launching a Power BI or comparable analytics platform, attending to every aspect from data modeling and workspace governance to security architecture. Once the platform is established, you’ll guide clinical and non-clinical colleagues to build their own reports and dashboards, fostering a culture of self-service analytics. You will also serve as the primary administrator of essential business platforms and a suite of financial, marketing, and contract management applications. You will collaborate closely with on-site IT staff at three care delivery locations, ensuring seamless operations without direct management responsibilities.
Success in this role means maintaining reliable systems, developing insightful data models, and empowering non-technical colleagues to transform data into actionable intelligence. You are someone who flourishes in collaborative environments and finds inspiration in opportunities to craft meaningful solutions. Your prior experience equips you with the knowledge and skills to architect robust data platforms that support organizational goals.
