About Integral
Healthcare data is among the most valuable, expansive, and regulated data in the world—spanning voice interactions, raw images, clinical notes, financial profiles, and more. This data underpins population health outcomes, research, reimbursement, and increasingly AI. But today's manual systems to process, optimize, and deploy this data are broken. Integral provides the missing data operations layer for healthcare. Our Agentic Data Operations Platform streamlines the full set of operations required to make healthcare data usable—from sourcing and compliance to governance and continuous delivery. Instead of relying on fragmented services and bespoke pipelines, enterprises use Integral to manage healthcare data end-to-end through a single, persistent platform. Learn more at useintegral.com.
About the Role
We're looking for an Implementation Lead to serve as the primary point of contact for our customers—guiding them from onboarding through successful implementation. You'll blend project management, client partnership, and creative problem-solving to ensure our platform meets each customer's unique needs and delivers real outcomes. You'll be joining at a pivotal moment as we scale our customer base and have direct influence on how we build our implementation practice. This role sits at the center of Integral's customer experience. You'll partner with Solutions Engineers, Product, Core Engineering, and Sales to ensure our customers get maximum value from the platform. No two engagements look the same, and you'll thrive in an environment where ambiguity is the norm and resourcefulness is rewarded.
What You'll Do
Own the end-to-end customer relationship, serving as the primary point of contact from kickoff through ongoing success
Drive implementation projects forward—defining timelines, coordinating workstreams, and ensuring milestones are met
Translate complex customer requirements—including privacy, compliance, and data infrastructure needs—into actionable implementation plans
Partner with Solutions Engineers on technical delivery while maintaining strategic oversight of each engagement
Identify risks early and proactively develop mitigation strategies
Serve as the voice of the customer internally, surfacing feedback to product and engineering teams
Build trusted relationships with stakeholders ranging from technical practitioners to executive sponsors
Handle escalations and work cross-functionally to resolve complex customer issues
Develop scalable processes and playbooks as we grow our customer base
Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts and partner with Sales to drive growth
What We're Looking For
2-5+ years of experience in implementation, engagement management, technical account management, customer success, or consulting
Energized by fast-paced startup environments—you're excited to build, iterate, and wear multiple hats as the company scales
Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
Strong customer-facing skills with a natural ability to build trust and credibility
Creative problem-solver who defaults to action and finds a way forward when the path isn't clear
Technical aptitude—you don't need to write code, but you're comfortable with technical concepts like data pipelines, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), and on-prem / cloud deployments
Ability to collaborate effectively with engineers
Proficiency in Excel and a knack for building automations to streamline workflows
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Experience with project or program management methodologies
An ownership mentality—you proactively identify gaps, build processes from scratch, and drive improvements that help the team and company scale
Nice to Have
SaaS experience, particularly in healthcare technology
Familiarity with AI/ML workflows, data infrastructure, or data labeling
Experience working with enterprise customers in regulated industries
Why Integral
Competitive salary commensurate with experience
Meaningful equity in a high-growth healthcare technology company
Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance
New hire work stipend
Daily company provided lunches
Monthly wellness reimbursement
Quarterly team offsites and semi-annual full company offsite
Professional development opportunities and conference attendance
