Role Description
This is a full-time, remote Chief Technology Officer (CTO) role. The CTO will lead the technological vision and strategy for the company, oversee project management, drive software and product development, and design IT architecture to align with the organization’s goals. The candidate will be responsible for managing technology teams, evaluating emerging technologies, and implementing innovative solutions to enhance the company’s offerings. The role also requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure that technology contributes effectively to business growth and excellence in service delivery.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Software Development and Product Development, with a strong focus on delivering state-of-the-art solutions including AI and ML solutions.
- Expertise in Project Management with skills in planning, execution, and successful project delivery.
- Proficiency in IT Strategy formulation and alignment of technological initiatives with business objectives.
- Strong knowledge in developing and managing complex IT Architecture to support scalable and efficient systems.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in the healthcare technology industry is a MUST.
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field is highly desirable.
