The engineering team is project driven, highly technical, and trusted to own work end to end while the organization continues to scale nationally.
We are hiring a Senior System Administrator with MSP experience to join our Projects Team and lead client facing projects focused on cloud migration, modernization, and infrastructure upgrades. This role is ideal for a senior MSP engineer who prefers project delivery over ticket queues and has hands on Azure experience. An active Azure certification is required for this position
What You Will Do
• Own and deliver Azure focused projects across multiple client environments
• Lead server and workload migrations to Azure including hybrid designs
• Build and support Azure infrastructure including compute, storage, networking, and identity
• Implement and manage Azure Entra ID and Microsoft 365 integrations
• Deliver Microsoft 365 email migrations and tenant configurations
• Build and deploy Windows Server environments and virtualization platforms
• Execute network hardware deployments and infrastructure refreshes
• Support new client onboarding and full environment rollouts
• Provide clear project updates and manage scope, risks, and timelines
• Document Azure designs, standards, and implementations
What You Bring
• MSP experience with strong project delivery ownership
• Active Azure certification
• Hands on Azure engineering experience including migrations and hybrid environments
• Experience with Azure Entra ID, Microsoft 365, and identity security
• Advanced Windows Server experience including 2016 through 2022
• Experience with VMware and Hyper-V
• Strong networking fundamentals including Layer 2 and Layer 3 switching
• Firewall experience with Meraki, Sophos, or SonicWall
• Strong documentation habits and client facing communication
Pay and Benefits
• $120k to $130k
