What You’ll Do
As the Business Systems Administrator, you will ensure our corporate technology platforms and third-party systems run smoothly, securely, and effectively.
Key responsibilities include:
- Administering and optimizing core business systems such as Yardi, Prism, and other platforms
- Supporting client onboarding through seamless system integration and access
- Developing and enforcing policies related to system use, security, and data integrity
- Monitoring performance to maintain high availability and reliability
- Partnering with leadership and external vendors on system enhancements
- Providing user training and building knowledge resources
- Managing software licenses, renewals, backups, and recovery protocols
- Supporting cybersecurity awareness and vulnerability monitoring
- Researching tools and recommending process improvements aligned with company growth
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of experience in business systems administration, IT support, or similar roles
- Familiarity with Yardi, Prism, ERP, or property management platforms preferred
- Strong knowledge of system security, data protection, and IT best practices
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with a customer-service mindset
- Ability to manage projects such as upgrades, migrations, and rollouts
- Experience working with third-party vendors or managed service providers
Work Environment
- On-site in Atlanta, GA
- Ability to sit or stand at a computer for extended periods
- Occasional after-hours support for urgent system needs
