Core Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive vision for MMA’s digital development
- Lead the MMA’s digital transformation initiatives, driving organizational, functional, and technological changes.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive digital strategy aligned with business goals.
- Oversee technological innovation and adoption of new digital solutions to improve efficiency and competitiveness.
- Enhance customer engagement through digital channels.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate digital initiatives and support informed decision-making.
- Define and track KPIs to measure digital transformation success and report progress to executive leadership.
- Manage technology budgets and optimize resource allocation.
- Identify and mitigate technology-related risks, ensuring compliance with data privacy and security regulations.

The applicable base salary range for this role is $204,400 to $357,700.
The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
