Title: ERP/CRM Admin (Jr)
Location: Hybrid in Aurora, maybe 1-3 days/week onsite during initial ramp-up, ramping down after that
Type: Contract-to-Hire
Duration: 12 months
Start: March 1 at the latest
Rate: Up to $40/hr
Job Description: Performs Administrator functions such as coordination with vendor, partnering with colleagues who manage downstream systems, and training end-users. Will provide configuration and management of database, documents, security, reports, workflow processes, database module functionality. Coordinates team assignments and operations. Provides direction, orientation, and training to team members.
Provides proactive and reactive data management support and training to system users.
Required Skills:
* Minimum 1 year of experience.
* Experience in ERP / CRM administration / super-user level experience - ability to get in and make config changes, pull basic reports, etc. Understand downstream effects of making changes to the system. Knows when to call in vendor for support.
* Willing to learn different systems.
