In-house real estate counsel position with national home builder - Denver
A Fortune 500, national home builder is seeking an experienced real estate attorney to assist with the day-to-day tasks essential to the acquisition, development, construction and sale of residential real estate in the north metro area of Denver, Colorado. The successful candidate should possess 5+ years of transactional real estate experience, preferably in a law firm or corporate setting. The total compensation range for this role (base salary + bonus) is projected to be $240,000-$300,000.
