The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) is responsible for defining and executing the Company’s technology vision, strategy, and architecture to drive business growth, operational excellence, and competitive advantage. The CTO serves as a key member of the executive leadership team and partners closely with the CEO, C-suite leaders to align technology with enterprise priorities.
This role leads enterprise-wide technology strategy, AI transformation, digital innovation, cybersecurity, cloud modernization, and platform scalability. The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise with strong business acumen and a proven ability to translate complex technology landscapes into measurable business outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the Company’s long-term technology strategy, aligning innovation, AI, infrastructure, and platform development with business growth and operational objectives.
- Lead and scale technology teams, systems, and processes in a fast-growing environment, ensuring resilience, performance, and operational excellence.
- Drive enterprise digital transformation across AI, cloud, data architecture, SaaS platforms, and cybersecurity.
- Develop and deploy advanced AI initiatives, including generative AI, LLM orchestration, agentic workflows, and intelligent automation to deliver measurable business impact.
- Embed AI-assisted engineering practices using Claude Code and Cursor to enhance productivity, software quality, and speed to market.
- Oversee enterprise architecture, DevOps, cloud operations, system reliability, and security governance frameworks.
- Partner with executive leadership and the Board to translate complex technology strategies into clear investment decisions and measurable ROI.
- Manage technology budgets, vendor strategy, and capital allocation to support disciplined financial performance and scalable growth.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years of experience serving as a CTO in a high-growth organization, with a proven track record of scaling platforms, infrastructure, and engineering teams.
- Mandatory hands-on expertise with Claude Code and Cursor within modern AI-enabled development environments.
- Deep experience in artificial intelligence, generative AI, LLM implementation, automation frameworks, and AI governance.
- Strong background in enterprise architecture, cloud computing (AWS, Azure, or similar), DevOps methodologies, and scalable SaaS systems.
- Demonstrated success building and leading high-performance, cross-functional technology organizations.
- Experience designing and executing cybersecurity and enterprise risk management strategies.
- Strong financial and operational acumen, with the ability to connect technology investments to measurable business outcomes and EBITDA growth.

- Strategic thinker with disciplined execution capability in complex, fast-paced environments.
- Advanced degree in Technology, Engineering, or Business preferred.
