Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and Co-Founder to lead the technology strategy and execution at Platii. As CTO, you will oversee software development, manage technical projects, and develop long-term IT strategies and architecture for the company. You will also collaborate closely with the founding team to drive product development and ensure scalable solutions. This is an on-site role based in the Greater Minneapolis-St. Paul Area.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Software Development and Architecture
- Strong knowledge and experience in IT Strategy and Project Management
- Skilled in leading Product Development and defining technical roadmaps
- Experience with emerging technologies including AI and their application in business solutions
- Ability to work collaboratively with co-founders and cross-functional teams
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Experience with startups, leadership, and scaling technology is a plus
- Bachelor's or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
